Please allow 5 days for your order to be processed. Holidays and weekends do not count.
We are not responsible for any shipment delays that may result due to holidays, natural occurence or carrier delays.
When placing an order please make sure all your information is correct.
Make sure your FULL NAME, SHIPPING ADDRESS, EMAIL & PHONE NUMBER are accurate.
If any of this information is incorrect, your package may go missing, fail to receive updates, flagged as fraudelent or returned to us.
If your package gets delivered, your address is correct and you still have not received your package you must file a claim with USPS directly. Once packaged have been dropped off at USPS we are no longer responsible for them and you MUST handle all issues directly with them.
If your package is lost, damaged or stolen during transit or upon delivery, make a claim with the carrier.
If your contact information has been typed in wrong, we will not be able to edit your contact information and you will NOT be able to receive any updates.
If your payment information is incorrect it will be flagged as a fraudulent order and will be cancelled/refunded automatically. It will be refunded to you in 3-5 business days.
If your package gets returned to us due to an incorrect/invalid address you submitted, you will be responsible to pay for shipping once again and provide a correct/updated adress in order to re-send you your package again.
